Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy*, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sam@ddgsalon.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Unless items are seen to be faulty, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

*LiLash and LiBrow Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with Product, then you may return the remainder for a full refund less shipping and handling, provided that:
(i) Product is returned within 90 days of purchase date. (ii) The product was purchased directly through Drop Dead Gorgeous. (iii) The remainder of Product is returned with all its original packaging. iv) The product is returned with a valid RMA# that is displayed clearly on the outside of the package. (v) Purchaser has not received a refund for Product previously.
If a return is lost in the post, we will honor the refund request only if valid proof of return can be provided. Valid proof of return is a delivery confirmation or a signature required. A return is valid only if it is sent to:

Accepted orders for Product cannot be canceled by Purchaser. The product cannot be returned by Purchaser to Seller unless the Product is defective or damaged or subject to the Limited Warranty of Satisfaction.
In the event that more than one product is purchased only one of each product may be returned within 90 days of purchase for a refund. When more than one product is purchased as part of a sale offer the returned product will be refunded at the lower price. For example, if 2 products are purchased as part of a buy one and get the 2nd one for 50% off the returned product will be refunded at the 50% price.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
