Anniversary Offers and Giveaway Terms and Conditions

These promotional offers are provided by Drop Dead Gorgeous and are available from the original posting date until 11.59pm on 30 September 2026, subject to the following terms and conditions.

General terms

1. The laser hair-removal, tattoo-removal and carbon-facial offers must be purchased and paid for in full by 11:59pm on 30 September 2026. Treatments may take place after September, subject to availability and the recommended treatment schedule.
   
2. Megan’s promotional nail prices apply to eligible appointments taking place between 1 and 30 September 2026.
   
3. Offers cannot be applied retrospectively to courses, treatments or appointments purchased before 1 September 2026.
   
4. Offers cannot be combined with another promotion, discount or giveaway prize.
5. All appointments are subject to availability and the salon’s usual booking, deposit and cancellation policies.
6. Laser and carbon treatments remain subject to consultation, patch testing and medical suitability. Purchasing a course does not override any safety or suitability requirements.
7. Promotional courses and treatments cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person unless expressly agreed by Drop Dead Gorgeous.
8. Normal course terms and recommended treatment intervals apply. Failure to attend or late cancellation may result in a charge or loss of a prepaid session in accordance with the salon’s cancellation policy.
9. These terms do not affect the customer’s statutory rights.

Laser hair removal: Buy five sessions and receive the sixth free

1. The offer is available on the following standalone treatment areas:

• Upper lip/chin
• Underarms
• Half arm
• Full arm
• Bikini line
• Brazilian
• Hollywood
• Buttocks
• Half leg
• Full leg

2. The standalone between-buttocks add-on is excluded. However, treatment between the buttocks remains included where it forms part of the standard Hollywood treatment.
3. The customer will pay the equivalent of five standard single-session prices and receive a sixth session for the same area at no additional cost.
4. All six sessions must be for the same treatment area and used by the same person. Sessions cannot be mixed between different areas or shared.
5. Customers purchasing more than one treatment area must purchase a separate six-session course for each area.
6. The course must be purchased and paid for in full during September 2026.
7. The offer cannot be combined with standard course pricing, another laser promotion, a discount or the anniversary giveaway prize.
8. The offer is valid on new course purchases only and cannot be applied to an existing course, previous booking or remaining course balance.

Laser tattoo removal: £50 off any course

1. Customers will receive £50 off one new laser tattoo-removal course purchased and paid for in full during September 2026.
2. The offer is available on eyebrow, small, medium and large tattoo-removal courses.
3. The discount applies to courses only and cannot be used against an individual session, existing course, previous purchase or outstanding course balance.
4. The offer is limited to one discounted tattoo-removal course per person.
5. The course is for the person named at the time of purchase and cannot be shared or transferred.
6. Treatment is subject to consultation, patch testing and confirmation that the tattoo and customer are suitable for laser treatment.
7. The £50 discount cannot be combined with another promotion, discount or giveaway prize.

Carbon facial: Buy four for the price of three

1. Customers purchasing three carbon facials at the standard single-treatment price will receive a fourth carbon facial at no additional cost.
2. The four-treatment course must be purchased and paid for in full during September 2026.
3. All four treatments must be used by the same person and cannot be shared or transferred.
4. The course must be started within three months of purchase and completed within six months of the first treatment, unless a different schedule is clinically recommended.
5. The complimentary fourth treatment has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for another treatment or product.
6. The offer cannot be applied to existing bookings or courses and cannot be combined with another promotion, discount or giveaway prize.
7. All treatments are subject to consultation, patch testing and medical suitability.

Megan’s September nail prices

During September 2026, the following promotional prices are available with Megan:

• Builder Gel — £40
• Gel Manicure — £35

1. These prices apply only to eligible appointments with Megan taking place between 1 and 30 September 2026.
2. Appointments booked during September for a later date will be charged at the price applicable on the appointment date.
3. The promotional prices apply to the standard treatment. Optional extras including French finishes, nail art, repairs or removal where not normally included will be charged separately.
4. The offer is subject to appointment availability and the salon’s usual deposit and cancellation policies.
5. The promotional prices cannot be combined with another discount, promotion or giveaway prize.

£250 ANNIVERSARY GIVEAWAY — TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding members of the Drop Dead Gorgeous team, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with the giveaway.
   
   
2. No purchase is necessary. Entrants must complete all the entry requirements stated in the original giveaway post.
   
   
3. The giveaway closes at 11:59pm on 30 September 2026. Entries received after this time will not be counted.
   
   
4. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries and contacted by the official Drop Dead Gorgeous Instagram account within three days of the closing date.
   
   
5. The winner must respond within 48 hours. If they cannot be contacted, do not respond or do not meet the eligibility requirements, another winner may be selected.
   
   
6. The winner will receive one treatment bundle worth £250, consisting of:
   
   

   • £100 towards a new laser hair-removal course with Sam

   • £50 towards laser tattoo removal with Sam

   • £50 towards a carbon facial with Sam

   • £50 towards nail treatments with Megan

   
   
7. The £100 laser hair-removal credit is valid against a new course purchased at the standard advertised course price. It cannot be combined with the “Buy five sessions, receive the sixth free” anniversary offer, another promotion or discount, or applied to an existing course or previous booking.
   
   
8. The £50 tattoo-removal credit may be used by the winner or gifted to one nominated friend or family member. The nominated person must meet all treatment suitability requirements. The remaining parts of the prize are non-transferable.
   
   
9. The prize credits may only be used for the treatments specified above. They cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, used to purchase gift vouchers or transferred between the four prize categories. No cash change will be given for any unused balance.
   
   
10. If a chosen treatment or course costs more than the relevant prize credit, the winner must pay the remaining balance.
    
    
11. All prize credits must be redeemed within six months of the winner being notified. Where a credit is used towards a course, the course must be purchased within this period and completed in accordance with our usual course terms. Any credit remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited.
    
    
12. All appointments are subject to availability and the salon’s usual booking and cancellation policies. Applicable late-cancellation or non-attendance charges may be deducted from the relevant prize credit.
    
    
13. Laser and carbon treatments are subject to consultation, patch testing and medical suitability. Drop Dead Gorgeous reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment where it would be unsafe or unsuitable.
    
    
14. Travel and any other expenses associated with claiming the prize are not included.
    
    
15. The winner’s name or Instagram username may be announced publicly. Personal information will only be used to administer the giveaway.
    
    
16. Drop Dead Gorgeous reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent, incomplete or automated entries and to amend, suspend or withdraw the giveaway if circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
    
    
17. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram. By entering, entrants release Instagram from responsibility relating to the giveaway.
